Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Free delivery

Free delivery applies if the purchase conditions are met:

Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia PLN 500

European Union over PLN 4,000

Rest of the World over PLN 8,000

Parcels sent are insured

The buyer has the right to open the parcel in the presence of the courier - in case of any missing items, please write down a report with the courier!

The basis for a complaint is to report any shortages and/or damage in the presence of the courier.

The lack of a damage and/or missing report written in the presence of the courier means that the ordering party received the order complete and without damage.

The packages are spacious and your products are well protected.

Return the goods

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The returned goods should be intact, including complete, in the factory packaging, and must not bear traces of use. The shipping costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the goods were shipped free of charge (we paid for the shipment), the costs of shipping to the customer incurred by us are deducted from the refunded amount of the goods.
