Apeks XTX50/DST NITROX is an oxygen-clean regulator, prepared for diving with breathing gas mixtures containing up to 100% oxygen. The first stage DST features a rotating turret, making it easy to handle the regulator when used with a stage bottle or as a sidemount cylinder. Apeks regulators offer the option to mount a narrow or wide exhaust tee and are equipped with the Reversible Venturi System (RVS).
The set includes:
-
First Stage DST
-
Second Stage XTX50
-
Gauge
-
Hoses: LP 0.70m green, HP 0.20m black rubber
Apeks DST First Stage:
The DST Nitrox first stage features 4 medium pressure ports (4 x 3/8" UNF) and 2 high pressure ports (2 x 7/16" UNF), a dry chamber, chrome finish, and a balanced valve. Available in DIN or INT version.
Apeks XTX50 Nitrox Second Stage:
The XTX50 Nitrox second stage offers opening resistance adjustment, Venturi effect adjustment, a pneumatically balanced valve, micro-adjustment, and the possibility to configure the hose from the left or right side. The set includes interchangeable exhaust tees (narrow and wide - both included).
Nitrox Gauge:
The gauge housing is made of nickel-plated brass, with a shock-resistant polycarbonate window. The specially designed housing protects the gauge and HP hose connection from accidental damage. The large loop area in the housing allows for easy attachment. A rear-mounted overpressure capsule prevents screen explosion in the unlikely event of internal mechanism failure.
